Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 21 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Certain products such as personal care items, intimate apparel, or sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for refunds.
